The AVITA Employee Assistance Program is a consultancy and information providing service for employees and employees’ first relatives. Our services are offered by experienced and licensed experts.  The aim of the program is to help the employees solve any problem that they may face during their work and private lives that negatively affects their performance and efficiency and decrease their productivity. We aim to keep their passion for work and their spirits high, and thus help them bring more added values to their organization as happy and satisfied employees.
